The 12th annual pensioners lunch took place on Wednesday 5th December 2012. Around 130 attended and enjoyed cottage pie, carrots, peas and Yorkshire pud. The weather was kind, cold, but sunny. Thanks again to everyone involved including the infant and junior school children who sang festive songs.
High Peak Radio's Becky Cassidy visited to see what the Bradda Dads Pensioners' Lunch is all about. She recorded the junior school singers and interviewed Phil Granby and Betty Bradwell. Becky was still at the Methodist Hall at 2.45pm but somehow managed to put together a lovely feature about the event including an interview with Bradda Dad Jonathan Morgan. The feature was broadcast several times during the afternoon.
