Golf Day at Lafarge

Warm sunny weather provided a great day out at Lafarge Golf Club. Congratulations to Mark's team who won for the second year running.

The 'Dads February 2010 meeting was held at a Chinese restaurant in Chapel. What a happy looking bunch!

Boxing Day 2009 Duck Race

The annual Boxing Day duck race was made more festive by the remains of the recent heavy snow fall. Despite being slippery under foot a crowd of local people and visitors watched the craft race and then 500 ducks as they bobbed their way down the brook. Oliver Mosley won the craft race. Samual Cooper and Emma Tanfield won best design of craft for their respective year groups. The duck race results will be posted here later. Thanks to all who supported this year's race.
