Grave times for Bradda Dads

Following a highly successful campaign for the Methodist Church, Bradda Dads embarked on fixing four graves in the St Barnabas Church graveyard, plus an additional headstone that was thought to be a casualty of the recent earthquake. Tea and biscuits by Sheena Darwent.

9th Annual Boxing Day Krazy Kraft and Duck Race

As 2007 draws to a close, Bradda Dads complete their year of events with the 9th annual Boxing Day krazy kraft and duck races. The Krazy Kraft race best designs of kraft went to Emma Tanfield in the under eights category and to Ben Harman in the eights and over. It was a double success for Emma as her kraft went on to win the race. 500 yellow plastic ducks (plus a couple of ducks on steroids) then bobbed their way down the brook and the first duck home was number 337 and joint first prizes went to Derek White and Mr Hawkins.

7th Annual Bradda Dads Christmas Lunch

Here are some photos and video clips from the 2007 Christmas Lunch. According to one guest, this year's event was an 'epic.' I have noticed that on this specific blog it is not possible to click on individual photographs to view individually in a larger format. There is a privacy note on the task bar and I've yet to work out what it means and if there is a workaround. In the meantime if anyone wants any of the photos emailing, then let me know.

We have had very positive feedback from this year's event, so a major pat on the back to all concerned, including the ladies of course.
